Complete cut&paste using Linux.

This is involuntary blog based on requirement of R&D 2553 class. Even it was holidays but the teacher require us to go to Central Plaza Lasprao to join HMJ the King contribution on Northern Thailand agriculture. It was KU who is the leader in this project. I found several KU students and staffs there.

I leave KU KPS at around 08.30 and reach Central Plaza around 11.00.

Before I left I record movie on the stage about food cooking and put on above URL.

The question is what R&D I like most and what is the reason.

Actually I know the king contribution well because I follow him by practice for more than 30 years long and use his theories and philosophy to produces a lot of innovations in computer world. I gave 2 computer inventions as a National Mother Day Gift to the world this year.

So, I have to say I love all projects. But to pick out one specific project then I have to choose 5 colors tomato projects on simple reason:

1.It was well known plant that full of nutrients espicially vitamin A in form of carotine.

2.It did not have to pay more attendtion to produce them so all TH farmers capable to prouce them.

3.The more colors made them compose of more nutrients for human.

4.Its tase are so good. I like to eat them in raw without need cooking.

5.If put them in “som tum” or “TOM YUM KOONG” then it was number one well known food with Thai logo trade mark that are welcome thru out the world.

I have several impression about it. Some of them are:

1.Before I go to there, the teacher gave me message on my mobile about my birthday. Unfortunately I contain no ability to reply even I am a computer guru of the world.

2.When I arrive there I met my KU32 friend who is the right hand of former KU president, Dr. Theera Sutabutr. I have a good talk to her and let her take my picture with KU booth.

3.At lunch, I eat “Kanom Cheen Pla Trao” , one of the show product and it cannot have the seat to sit for eating. But old woman invite me to sit on her table and ask her daughter to stand eating food instead. (I must look so old and so weak for her :) 555). And based on my MS students photo taken on her graduation recently that she put on her face book, I really look so badly old based on my hard working.

Before I leave around 15.00, I baught 2 Kg “Kaow Klong Doi” at cost only 70 bht. While KU cost 40 bht per kg. There are several reasons why I buy it:

1.While I see a lot of persons buying peach at cost 30 bht and they think it was cheap but this rice is cheaper and contain more nutrients.

2.It can be used to eat at more longer time without need refrigrator.

3.It was rice on mountain that help the TH mountain to get rid off drug crop and provide good nutritition to them.

4.Personally, I love tought rice. I don't like soft rice.

When I arrive home, my wife blame me why I buy only 2 Kg. I should buy 10 Kg because it will be gone in 2 week. Did I know that she have to go to Pathom Asoke every 2 week to buy 10 kg of Klao Klong 555 :) I told her that I go by bus and cannot carry too much. The same happen when I go to Sammoth Songkram last time That I carry back only 3 Kg of coconut sugar because it is not my microbus but several persons come in that microbus. If she want heavy foods she must use our own car to carry it. 555.
