How to use Reverse Threshold Model to solve EDU TH problems. ????????????????

It is clear that TH has serious EDU problem.

The more budget the worse happen to TH EDU.

Why?

Because the plan and policy in TH EDU was wrong and opposite to nature.

Now bad teachers are ALL asking for more money by hiring bad person to make faked report and got big money in return. Why good teachers has no time and no money to have that promotion.

The model is:

money -----> bad teachers -------> bad students --------> bad EDU

But stupid bad bosses in EDU still continue its bad doing and destroy more to TH EDU.

RTMT can solve this problem !!!!!!!!!!

RTMT is philosophy principle to find out the first LF.

As soon as its was found the first LF then it was easy to solve problem.

Sure, the first LF for each teacher, each school, each students are different.

Suppose the first LF in one school is "MORAL"

Now, to solve problem in that school is to improve MORAL.

HOW to measure MORAL for teacher?

There exist several indices to measure moral in teacher.

I will talk about it later.

After we know moral index for each teacher, what it have to be done is paying bonus to them based on that index

by that way the index will increase by nature.

Today low moral index teacher was promote on high and high moral index teacher was kicked out from school society.

It was called "NEGATIVE selection"
