   I also saw this news on TV.  It looks interesting, although I think this may be a technique already known elsewhere.  I am cc'ing this mail to Worsak, who may be the best person to comment about this, since he wrote a very comprehensive and easily readable account on the Suvarnabhumi problems in the Bangkok Post last week.  May be he can comment on this drainage attempt, and whether it will solve the problems.

      เรื่องนี้มองได้ ๒ แบบ     แบบหนึ่งคือมองว่ามีความรู้ในการแก้ปัญหาเรียบร้อยแล้ว     เป็นมุมมองเชิงผู้บริหาร หรือผู้แก้ปัญหา

      อีกแบบหนึ่งมองแบบนักวิจัย คือไม่เชื่อว่าวิธีที่มีอยู่แล้วจะดีที่สุด    อาจเป็นวิธีที่คุ้นเคยในภูมิอากาศ และสภาพแวดล้อม คนละแบบกับประเทศไทย     เราจึงควรฉวยโอกาสนี้สร้างความรู้เพิ่มเติมแก่โลก  เอาไว้ใช้     และเป็นการใช้ปัญหาเป็นโอกาสฝึกนักวิจัยด้วย
