ชีวิตที่พอพียง 4660. สะท้อนคิดภาพใหญ่ของงานที่รับผิดชอบ โดยใช้ Gen AI ช่วย

  

จำได้ว่า สมัยผมเป็นซีอีโอ ของหน่วยงาน ทั้งเป็นหัวหน้าหน่วยพันธุศาสตร์ (ในสังกัดภาควิชาพยาธิวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์), หัวหน้าภาควิชาพยาธิวิทยา (คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์), คณบดี (คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์), ผอ. สกว., ผอ. สคส.   ผมหมั่นใคร่ครวญสะท้อนคิดว่าผมทำงานภาพใหญ่ และวางรากฐานระยะยาวให้แก่หน่วยงานหรือองค์กร อย่างไรบ้าง    ควรปรับปรุงปริเด็นสำคัญตรงไหนบ้าง    นึกในใจว่า หากมีคู่คิดที่มีข้อมูลหลากหลาย และมีความตรงไปตรงมา มาช่วยคิดก็จะช่วยให้ทำงานได้ดีขึ้น   ตอนนั้นก็หมั่นหารือท่านผู้ใหญ่ที่เข้ามาเป็นบอร์ดบ้าง  ศึกษาจากที่อื่นบ้าง    มีความรู้สึกมาตลอดว่า ตนเองมีข้อจำกัดในการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ และครบถ้วน    เพราะมีหลายเรื่องที่ตนมีข้อจำกัด คิดไปไม่ถึง  หรือไม่มีข้อมูล    

บัดนี้ โลกก้าวหน้า   เกิดกระแสปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ชนิด Generative AI   ที่รวบรวมข้อมูลมากมาย    เอามาตอบคำถามภาพใหญ่ได้    ผมลองใช้มาประมาณหนึ่งเดือน เห็นโอกาสใช้ประโยชน์   เป็นเพื่อนคู่คิดตามที่อยากได้มา ๔๐ ปี   บัดนี้ใครต้องการเพื่อนช่วยการสะท้อนคิดภาพใหญ่ในความรับผิดชอบของตน    Gen AI ช่วยได้แล้ว    มี Gen AI หลายสำนักให้ทดลองใช้ ว่าในบริบทของแต่ละท่าน Gen AI สำนักไหนทำหน้าที่เพื่อนคู่คิด (reflection) ได้ดีที่สุด   

ย้ำว่า ผมใช้ Gen AI เป็นสหายร่วมสะท้อนคิด  ช่วยให้ผมสะท้อนคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ และมีข้อมูลครบถ้วนมากขึ้น    โดยผมไม่เชื่อสิ่งที่ Gen AI ตอบ    แต่นำคำตอบนั้นมาสะท้อนคิดอีกชั้นหนึ่ง    ส่วนใหญ่ผมถาม Gen AI หลายสำนัก เอามา triangulate กัน   

เพราะผมมีความผูกพันกับการพัฒนาระบบ ววน.   ที่มีการปรับครั้งใหญ่ในปี ๒๕๖๑ – ๒๕๖๒ รวมกิจการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ และวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเข้าด้วยกัน เป็นกระทรวง อว.   สกว. ถูกยุบ เปลี่ยนเป็น สกสว. ทำหน้าที่เป็นกองทุน จัดสรรทุน ววน.  เป็นกองทุนเสมือน คือไม่มีเงินมากอง   ผมจึงถาม bard ว่า   The government has adopted a policy that places emphasis on restructuring public agencies for the development of the country over the short, medium, and long term.
