May I offer an abbreviated word 'con-note' (from 'consignment note') which is a (paper) slip accompanying (items of) goods (or products) consigned to (transport) delivery to an address. Con-note is much the same as 'bill of lading' (or waybill) to be signed in acknowledge of the proper delivery of goods as per order.
