Is War for Freedom or Profit?
Gallant warriors die in vain or merit?
Buildings, Roads and bridges to destroy
Missiles, bombs, and shots on live decoy
(Wounded, dead, lying, dying men - World Reforming?)

Why War? Adventure, Valor, or Comradery?
King and Country, God against Evil, Protection of Boundary?
Is it enough for Mother and Wife, Daughters and Sons
To hear of the sacrifice - and Posthumous Recognitions?
(From War Office, offering regrets to inform...)

Where Reasons can prove what wrong or right
In talks, Logic so clear as as day or night
But treaties or Pacts bind - limit movement and trade
Sanctions, Memoranda (of Understanding) hide where Profit (to be) made.
(Lest we forget the men who fought and died for Freedom.)

Are Wars just shows of might - two sides of right?
Are Deaths those merciful - from a flash of insight?
How eery, silence and Peace fall when war's over
One Flag is up, beaten heads down, people become lesser.
(It's in history that losers want Freedom, but Rulers have Power.)

Are Conquerers stronger, smarter, better equipped - more ruthless
With Solidarity, Orchestration, virtuous recievers of Devine Bless?
Are Forces tools for Peace, sure cutters for Gordian knots?
With Violence and Destruction - to wipe out Opposition or Plots.
(Lost, frightened and isolated, Peace in Fear rules or is liberated.)

Innovation now - Mutation then, Exploration, Freelance
Conditions, Constraints and Limits, dynamic Imbalance
Of Combinations, Propagations, Selections of Survivors
New Generations in Limited Resources - Seeds of Wars
(One Resolution plainly defines, more Convolution deeply entwines.)

By Scheme of Things, War-Peace, Destruction-Creation, Death-Birth
Cycle of In and Out, Regenerating, remixing - Nature's Mirth
Evolution - long running all-stars-cast - plays on Space-Time
Humanity, Freedom, Profit, Vanity, Merit... All sublime.
