Since 1947 - 2007, Thailand has internationally participated to protect labours' right through these 14 Conventions. However, some crucial convention is not adopted still such as "C87 Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize Convention, 1948" and "C98 Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining Convention, 1949".
