if it had not been for the fatal shooting of the 12-year old boy, inspired by anger that the driver of the car supposedly cut in front of their motorbike, would the two brothers’ drug dealings have been exposed at all? Would the police have taken action against them?

inspired by anger -- มีเหตุมาจากความโกรธแค้น
the fatal shooting -- ผู้ที่ถูกยิงเสียชีวิต (Fetal = Death)
supposedly -- มันน่าจะแปลว่า "สันนิษฐาน" หรือเปล่า
drug dealings = ผู้ค้ายาเสพติด
อืม...
น่าคิดนะ ..... สองพี่น้องคู่นี้ร่ำรวยเป็นสิบๆล้่านจากธุรกิจผิดกฎหมาย และตำรวจก็บอกว่ารู้ดีว่ากิจกรรมบาปที่คนพวกนี้ทำกันอยู่มีอะไรบ้าง แต่ทำอะไรไม่ได้อย่างนั้นหรือ ..... แสดงว่าต้องรอให้คนพวกนี้ฆ่าคนตายก่อนหรือเปล่า ถึงจะมีข้ออ้างในการจัดการพวกมัน
