Lemongrass Punce

ส่วนผสม

เลมอน 2 ลูก หากไม่มีใช้มะนาว 4 ลูก

น้ำตาล 1+1/4 ถ้วยตวง

ชา Tea Break รส Lemon 1 ขวด

น้ำเลมอนคั้น 1/2 ถ้วยตวง

น้ำผึ้งธรรมชาติ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

ใบมินต์เลือกแบบยอดอ่อน 2 ถ้วยตวง

น้ำสะอาด 1/2 ถ้วยตวง

วิธีทำ

ปอกเปลือกมะนาวออกให้หมด จนไม่เห็นเปลือกขาว

ผสมน้ำมะนาว น้ำตาล ลงในน้ำสะอาด 1/2 ถ้วยตวง ใช้ไฟกลางคนจนน้ำตาลละลาย

เมื่อละลายหมดแล้วให้ลดความร้อนลงเป็นความร้อนต่ำประมาณ 2 นาที

ยกลงพร้อมกับใส่ใบมินต์ลงไป รอให้เย็น

เทน้ำชา Tea Break รส Lemon และน้ำผึ้งธรรมชาติผสมลงไป

รอให้เย็นแล้วใส่น้ำแข็งเสิร์ฟได้ทันที หรือปั่นกับน้ำแข็ง

I know you mean to say "lemongrass punch" (not punce). So, let's write "punch" : an iced mixed drink usually containing alcohol and prepared for multiple servings; normally served in a "punch" bowl [a large bowl, in olden days used to make dough for bread in and during the kneading process, dough literally gets punched inside the bowl ;-) ].

May we learn the 'right' things and may we share the 'right' things.

By the way, where is the lemongrass (ตะไคร้)?

มะนาว is used for both 'lemon' and 'lime'. But in English 'lime' (Tahitian lime มะนาว): ลูกเล็ก สีเขียว

but 'lemon': ลูกใหญ่ สีเหลือง. In the 'citrus family' there are others: orange, mandarin, grapefruit, pomelo, cumquat, ...

# น้ำสะอาด 1/2 ถ้วยตวง [clean water 1/2 cup]

I don't know the volume of the bottled tea drink - but let us say 1 litre or 4 cups, the recipe would give us about 7 cups of 'flat' tea to drink. This recipe is nothing but an advertisement of a bottled tea drink. We are experiencing a new type of adverts in the form of 'recipe books', cooking hints, sharing knowledge, and so forth. It is rather sad that we can't have 'good' knowledge presented in 'good' language to share in good faith -- anymore. ;-)

In English, a bad thing/product but falsely advertised/described as a good thing/product is known as a "lemon".

Similar words that say the same thing are: bogy, dud, dummy, fake, flop, knock-off, wild-goose chase, ...

I have spent enough time to save others from wasting time -- the most precious resource of our life!
