Societal Forces : Marketers have to choose members of society want and to minimizewhat they don’t want. Producers and companies have to concerned about customers need and focus in cultural, gender and ages of consumer . Example : Wearing fashion companies will upgrade and change collection every time and have to focus for appropriate to customer group.

Political Forces : Each of companies and market owner must pay tax to government. Tax, that was supposed to aid in the redistribution of wealth and to help finance government programs. Example : Each one of product will plus tax 7 % already to bring tax to developing government and country.

Economic Forces : Marketers may need to adjust their marketing mix as the economy passes through different stages. Political forces may be uses fiscal and monetary policy to control the economy. Example : Now situation in Thailand  is a recovery from problem about political. It must use a long time to improve about economic to be past.

Competitive Forces : It is not only important to focus on your direct competitors but also all marketers that target your customers and therefore compete with you their income for customer money. Example : KFC and Macdonald are sell the similar product. They will make a good service or promotion for customer to make the customer satisfaction and get consumers money.

Technological Forces : Technological knowledge influences their desires for goods and services. Cost efficiency can be passed onto the consumer. It has helped develop relationships with suppliers and their supplied. Example : In hotel will have technological to comfort foe consumer and make satisfies in easy services (easy to Booking, searching information and contact company).

Nature : Each of season, consumer will perches product to comfort them Example : Summer, customer buy sun block, winter, customer buy umbrella, etc.
