1. The disease must lead to morbidity and mortality

2. The screening test should be accurate

3. The disease should have high incidence, prevalence

4. The disease should have an asymptomatic period

5. The disease should have available and acceptable

6. The screen procedure should reasonable health risk and financial cost

7. The screen procedure should be acceptance to patient and social
