I am obliged to make good every comment i make(?) ;-)

I merely say that 'having the right direction' (or vision) without 'action' (in that direction) is the same as having zero speed and there won't be any progress. Furthermore, in our dynamically changing world, we should also have the right (or sufficcient) speed to meet the right outcome at the right time. Nothing is easy. But we have practiced getting on the trains, the coaches, attending classes, doing tasks in team, ... We can do it.

There is also certain 'slack' (margin of error) that we may be ahead or behind but still meet our intended target. We can also monitor the change and adjust our speed. ... It is not 'that' precise but when speed is zero (0), we don't move, we just wait for our wish to come true.

Hope this clarifies my cryptic comment : 'right direction; speed=0'. If not just take my ;-) and ;-0.
