บทความชุดนี้ ดัดแปลงมาจาก Baldrige Core Values Awareness Training: Identification of Gaps and Actions to Close Gaps ของ Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence with funding by the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program and in cooperation with the Alliance for Performance Excellence
เป็นคู่มือประกอบการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ ที่ให้ผู้เข้าประชุมมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Learning) สังเกตได้จากการนำเสนอโดยมากจะเป็นคำถาม เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าประชุมได้ระดมสมอง จดความคิดของกลุ่มไว้บนกระดาน แล้วให้นำเสนอผลงานกลุ่ม ผู้บรรยายจะทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ช่วยเหลือ คอยตะล่อมความคิดให้อยู่ในกรอบระดับหนึ่ง (แนวทางการตอบ จะอยู่ในวงเล็บเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ) ซึ่งไม่มีคำตอบที่ถูกหรือผิดโดยสิ้นเชิง

Societal Responsibility

- จะนำไปใช้กับองค์กรได้อย่างไร? (An organization impacts those around it, workforce, community, public, society at large in terms of how it exists.)

3.ความอยู่ดีมีสุขของสังคม (Societal Well-being and Benefit)
1. Ethical Behavior (Organizations have foundational moral and professional principles upon which the culture and values are based. The principles distinguish right from wrong. Ethical behavior then ensures that all decisions, action s and interactions are based on those principles)
