CPA Tumors
The CPA is a common location for
intracranial tumors representing 8-10% of all intracranial tumors. Vestibular schwannomas, meningiomas and epidermoids
represent the majority of CPA tumors. The anatomy of this area is complex and includes the cerebellum, brainstem and neurovascular structures(1)
History
1.Unilateral sensorineural hearing loss
2.Sudden sensorineural hearing loss
3.Unilateral tinnitus
4.Vestibular symptoms
5.Facial hypesthesia and weakness
6..Diplopia
7.Hoarseness,dysphagia, aspiration
Oral Exercise
1.Lip-pursing and lip-stretching exercise
2.Tongue protrusion exercise
3.Lateral tongue exercise
4.Oral ball-rolling exercise
