The Power of Harmony

2006, the year of dog, is passing by,
Gross national happiness has been flying high,
We came together, saluting to our beloved King,
On sixtieth anniversary of his accession to the throne.

A Picture of yellow-color clothes shows unity,
Among political confusion in our country.
In just one day, Nine-one-nine Coup d'etat happened,
Constitution and Democracy had fallen.

Expectation of new government is starting over,
But surely with harmony, crisis shall recover.
Promise to yourself, "Try to rebuild this Golden Land",
For cordially offering a precious gift to the Great King.

ปีจอผ่านเลยไปดั่งสายน้ำ
ล้วนชื่นฉ่ำกับความสุขทุกแห่งหน
ปวงราษฎร์พร้อมน้อมเชิดชูองค์ภูมิพล

ภาพเสื้อเหลืองเรืองสามัคคีแห่งชีวิต
กลางวิกฤติการเมืองเรื่องยิ่งใหญ่
เพียงหนึ่งวันรัฐประหารสะท้านใจ
ประชาธิปไตยต้องลมครืนฝืนชีวัน

หวังปีใหม่รัฐบาลใหม่ได้ปรากฏ
ทุกข์เปลื้องปลด สุขสว่าง สร้างสมานฉันท์
คืนชีวิต “แผ่นดินทอง” ครองสุขกัน
เป็นของขวัญแด่พ่อหลวงจากดวงใจ
