Patient Safety & Quality Management
Most of the people around the world suffer from the death of regulated activity in hospital, for example; nosocomial infection,error in drug prescription, be neglected from health personel and spent their time waste from waiting for health services. Regarding to this reason; many countries recognize and try to solve this problem by quality management, for instance; barcode medication administration systems employment, radio frequency identification (RFID) utilization,computerized physician order entry (CPOE) and etc.
Conclusion: Patient Safety depends on quality , accuracy, delicacy from health service system and medical professional ethics .
