Albert Einstein said “No problem can be solved within the same consciousness which cause it” so if we still on the same way to resolve the problem we are no more get success.All of healthcare staff object to provide the best care for their patients including safety and quality.Nevertheless;there are a few problems lead to low quality of care as following:.
- Staff
- Lack of training.
- Long hours on the shift could cause fatigued and human error.
- Flow of information and communication need to be consistence among the specialists, for example, a family doctor knows about allergies of the patient but his cardiologist has not known about that.
- Better technology and procedures that make it more efficient are not accessible.
However,the best way to reduce conflict among patient,their relations and healthcare staff is good communication.
