ไปเข้าอบรมเรื่อง Presentation Skill มาค่ะ ที่ สพท.จันทบุรี 1 โน่น ไกลมากเลยขับรถไปเองจากสระบุรีถึงเมืองจันทน์ก็ประมาณ 300 กว่ากิโล แต่ก็ได้รับความรู้และทักษะคุ้มค่ะ มีผู้เข้าอบรมประมาณ 50 คน
วิทยากรคือ Mr.Michael Fuscic จาก ม.ธรรมศาสตร์ เรื่องที่อบรมหลายหัวข้อเลย ได้แก่ Outline of presentation, Preparation, The introduction part of the presentation, language focus, ฝึกการใช้ visaul aids, Describing trends, charts and graphs, The conclusion part of the presentation, Format of the conclusion, Dealing with questions, Role play as interviewer and interviewee
หัวข้อนี้แหละที่ประทับใจจนต้องบันทึก เพราะตอนวันที่ 2 อาจารย์ให้เขียน script ก็เข้ากลุ่มกัน 3 คน กลุ่มเรามีครูอีก 2 คนจากจันทบุรีช่วยกันเตรียม script จากประโยคต่าง ๆ ที่ได้ฝึกแล้ว โดยเราเป็น T.V. announcer ที่เป็นเจ้าของรายการ "Talk of the Town by Tattaya"อีก 2 คนเป็น Alice และ Jenny ใช้ situation คือ Hammond Electronics Incorporated. กำลังจะปิดตัวมีผลกระทบคือคนงาน 2,000 คนจะตกงาน พอเตรียมเสร็จส่งอาจารย์วันรุ่งขึ้นคิดว่าจะใช้ได้ ปรากฎว่าอาจารย์สอนหัวข้อใหม่เพิ่ม เราต้องปรับ script เพิ่มอีกคือ T.V.announcer introduces background (economic downturn), problem and guest speaker. Question and answers และ Conclusion (Commentary by T.V. announcer, thank guests apeakers) method ที่สำคัญคือ 1.Write it as a script. 2.Practice until you don't have to read entirely from it. นี่คือ script ของกลุ่มเราที่ส่งอาจารย์
Talk of the Town by Tattaya
T.V.announcer : Good morning viewers "Talk of the Town by Tattaya" again.
Today I'll present news that might shock you in my programme "Talk of the Town by Tattaya". It is said that a big company in our country has just broken. I mean "Hammond Electronics Incorporated." It will be relocated to a new place. This problem is its economic downturn and more than 2,000 losses. Many questions about this come out from both outsiders and stakeholders. Today I'm gonna try to find out the answerss for my fans.
And now ladies and gentlemen, it gives me great pleasure to introduce our guest speakers.
The first one is Miss Jenny Huoston, the Human Resources Manager of Hammond Electronics Incorporated.
The next one is the well-known interviewer, Miss Alice Windy.
They're going to talk about Hammond Electronics Incorporated. Please give them a warm welcome.

Alice: Good morning viewers and good morning Miss Houston. How are you today?
Jenny: Good morning viewers and Miss Windy.Yes, I'm feeling great.
Alice : As a news story has just broken, and the Hammond Electronics Incorporated is going to close its plant in Southern Germany and move to China. Can you tell us about the reason for relocating?
Jenny : Certainly by closing, we are going to decrease our investment in Europe becasue the costs in China are cheaper than in Germany. It's good for the company to cut costs.
Alice : From this closure, how about the effects of relocaton?
Jenny : Actually, there will be more than 2,000 employees fired, but they will get 6 months salary as compensation from our company.
Alice : Do you mind telling me about the policy of the company for Asian production?
Jenny : Can you go over that again?
Alice : O.K. Could you please tell me about the general plan of your company for Asain production?
Jenny : That's interesting, but I'd prefer not to answer that today because our plans haven't been finalized yet, but I can tell you just a little bit. We have a new product concerned with Nano Technology.
Alice : I'm interested to know about the future in Germany. Could you please tell me?
Jenny : Could you please explain your question?
Alice : Please tell me, will your company in Germany continue in the future?
Jenny : Well, we're sure to close our plant because it's good time to invest in Asia.
Alice : O.K. Thank you very much Miss Houston. Your answers have covered as we want to know.
