           Contemporary environmental   concerns is not different from  the 1^st Earth day agenda in 37 years ago  but  the theme is pay more attention  to the problems range from inside the home to problems on the  global scale,for instance;public pay more attention to environmental impacts of national policy massive project such as  dams, highways and local land use.Indoor and outdoor hazardous agents awareness,concerning of  building or recreation source design which facilitate to have physical activities,recognized to diversity pattern of risk communication in different culture and  ethnic,realization of  underlying  risk factors, and plan for prospective surveillance such as the study  of  Kivimäki et al. which  examined the relationship between adolescents’risk factors and adult atherosclerosis in the same population 2 decades later.and beware of other natural hazards exacerbated by human activity.these elements have become critical elements of contemporary environmental health  management rather than afterthoughts.
