I attended the workshop entitle knowledge management this morning, May 12. We discussed about needs assessment. I was in the faculty member group and tried to share ideas related to needs assessment of the PE faculty. In summary, we strongly needed to have teaching equipment set up in the classroom on time. We shouldn't have to do by ourselves but we wanted PE personnel to help setting up.
