I’ve changed the spreadsheet following our discussion as follows:

 

1 = Multiple deletions/nuclear maintenance disorders

2 = Single mtDNA deletions

3 = Mitochondrial tRNA mutations

4 = Mitochondrial complex I mutations

5 = Mitochondrial complex IV mutations

6 = Mitochondrial complex V mutations

 

 

I’ve deleted some cases that we don’t have muscle biopsies on (e.g. 11778 and 14484).

 

Let me know if it makes sense!
