Fish is a major food. Thailand exports 215.55 thousand tons of fish in 2021. Most are fish from the South China Sea (The  Pacific Ocean) which is a major fishing and shipping area for many nations.

So what do you think?

Can we save Thailand's canned fish industries? Can we have seafood meals in a few years time? What can we do to protect our fishing zones (from international poachers and shipping and climate change) ? How do we protect our marine borders? (Is submarine a defense tool against fishing and military breaches?) Would better ‘detection’ technologies (high speed patrol boat, radar, sonar, drone, satellite, a moon base, ‘big data’ & AI, …) help?

These questions invite innovation and political change that could lead us into a new path in this 21st century. We cannot stay in our little shell waiting for the world storm to pass over. We have to redirect our political focus and  and public attention to more and greater factors of our survival and growth.

Does this point back to [TH] canned sardine export?.. where --SARDINE is any of several small or immature fishes of the herring family; especially the European pilchard (Sardina pilchardus)--according to  Merriam-Webster dictionary. So --any ‘small fish’ can be canned  sardines-- ]
