6. Xenophanes (B.C. 570-480)
He was born in Colofon, Ionia. He studied philosophy from the Myletus school.
Zenophanes' metaphysics
He said the universe is God. And God is the universe.
God is The One and The One is God.
They say that if an animal can create imagination. It has to portray God like it.
He said everything was born from the soil. Everything must return to the soil.
They say man is made from soil and water.
7. Heraclitus (B.C. 540-470)
He was born in Ephesus, Ionia, where he learned philosophy from the Myletus.
Heraclitus metaphysics
He opposes the idea that Every thing is one. Changes do not exist.
All is one. Change is not-existent.
He said that everything will change. Everything is not constant.
River water must flow into the sea.
He gave birth to the Changing Theory. He was nicknamed Lord of The Universe.
He said fire must be the core of everything. Fire must be the essence of all things.
He said people cannot jump into the same water twice.
