Trump: An Example of Failed Leader

I often write about leaders. I usually select to honor good leaders. The Thai role model leaders are King Rama X and King Rama IX. The foreign role model leaders are Elon Musk and Nelson Mandela. I rarely write about bad leaders.

Trump has been working as the U.S. President for nearly 15 months. Trump tried to use every method to please some political bases to win the election. He focused on the white and some the religious groups in some states like Ohio, Michigan, Florida and Pennsylvania. In each state, he slightly won. He got all electoral votes of those states even though he got 3 million popular votes less that Hilary Clinton did. The U.S. election system is quite strange. Those who follow political news can learn a lot.

Today, I would like to share this to the readers. At the end, there will be Chira Way. It reflects that his weakness can cause big troubles to the future world.

The analysis from several sources can draw out Trump’s lack of leadership as follows.

1.He has high Ego. He is self-centric. It is called “Me Leadership”. He boasts about himself. For example, he often talks about his election victory. Instead of the country, he won for himself.

2.He has high intelligence but lacks vision. He reads less but loves watching TV. He carelessly makes decisions. In the business field, it is still acceptable. The company can be responsible for the loss at the company level. At the national level, he cannot make mistakes. If he failed, there would be serious nuclear wars.

3.There is a joke that Trump is a flip-flopper. What he says on Thursday may differ from what he mentioned on Tuesday. He lacks consistency in what he said.

4.He dares to lie. He is never ashamed of it.

5.He hastily makes decisions and makes mistakes. The examples are the resign from global warming accord and TPP.

6.He lacks team of diversity. He prefers the flatterers. He lacks prudence in making policies.

7.He has bias. He has racial discrimination. He honors the rich and looks down on the poor. He does not care how they get rich.

8.He rudely insults other people.  He does not respect them.

The final one is my HRDS Theory.

-Happiness

-Respect

-Dignity

-Sustainability

Trump cannot use this theory. Key people helping Trump solve North Korea problem are Xi Jinping and Abe, the Japanese Prime Minister.

When Trump quickly decided to make decision to meet North Korea President, Kim Jong-un, he did it without giving respect and dignity to Xi Jinping and Abe. This led to sustainability problem.

He did not think of Xi Jinping at all. He should greatly honor Xi Jinping because he is a key man for saving the U.S. from pressuring North Korea. Trump hastily made decision. He should give honor and dignity to the Chinese and Japanese leaders. Both play important roles. The success of solving North Korea problem did not come from Trump only. He thought that the success came from his ability. Therefore, he ignored these things. It may cause the most serious problem to the world, the safety from the nuclear weapon. It should be finally used for creating pace for the world.
