บทคัดย่อ

รายงานการประเมินโครงการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านเป้าวิทยาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ประเมินบริบทของโครงการ 2)ปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของโครงการ 3)ประเมินกระบวนการของโครงการ 4)ประเมินผลผลิตของโครงการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 47 คนนักเรียน จำนวน 130 คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 130 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 4 ฉบับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าร้อยละ(Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย () และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน()

ผลการประเมิน พบว่า

1. การประเมินบริบทของโครงการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ โครงการมีความสอดคล้องกับสภาพของชุมชน ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ แผนการดำเนินงานและกิจกรรมตามโครงการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านเป้าวิทยา มีความเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน โดยภาพรวมผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน

2. การประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของโครงการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ สถานที่ดำเนินโครงการเพียงพอและเหมาะสม ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ผู้รับผิดชอบและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจวางแผนและการดำเนินงานตามโครงการ โดยภาพรวมผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน

3. การประเมินกระบวนการของโครงการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ จัดตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานโครงการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านเป้าวิทยา ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ นำผลการประเมินไปใช้ในการวางแผนพัฒนา โดยภาพรวมผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน

4. การประเมินด้านผลผลิตของโครงการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผู้ประเมินแบ่งการประเมินออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ

4.1 ประเมินการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม 5 กิจกรรมหลัก ระหว่างดำเนินงานโครงการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก กิจกรรมที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ กิจกรรมรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ กิจกรรมส่งต่อนักเรียน โดยภาพรวมผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน

4.2 ประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานตามโครงการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านเป้าวิทยา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู นักเรียน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ กิจกรรม/โครงการ ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนสามารถหลีกเลี่ยงและป้องกันตนเองให้พ้นภัยได้ ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ กิจกรรม/โครงการ ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนสามารถเชื่อมโยงกับสภาพชุมชน ธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยภาพรวมผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this evaluation of the assistance and the student care system in Banpaowittaty School were to evaluate 1) the Context of project 2) the Basic factors of project 3) the Process of project and 4) the Outcome of project. The sample groups were included 47 teachers, 130 students and 130 of their parent, selected by purposive sampling. There were 4 evaluation instruments forms used were a 5- rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used for the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviations.

The study results were as follows:

1. Context Evaluation of project, as a whole was at high level. The aspect which gained the highest mean score was the project related to community state, and the aspect which gained the lowest mean score was the implementation plan and activity of the assistance and the student care system in Banpaowittaya School related to current situation, as whole of the evaluation passed.

2. Basic Factors Evaluation of project, as a whole was at high level. The aspect which gained the highest mean score was the project implementation place is appropriate and sufficient, and the aspect which gained the lowest mean score was the responsible person and related person participate to decide the implementation plan of project, as whole of the evaluation passed.

3. Process Evaluation of project, as a whole was at high level. The aspect which gained the highest mean score was set the committee to operate the assistance and the student care system project in Banpaowittaya School, and the aspect which gained the lowest mean score was to bring the evaluation results for using development plan, as whole of the evaluation passed.

4. Outcome Evaluation of project, as a whole was at high level. The evaluation was divided 2 parts as follow:

4.1 The evaluation of 5 core activities performance and during the implementation of the assistance and the student care system project, as a whole was at high level. The activity which gained the highest mean score was the activity of knowing each student, and the activity which gained the lowest mean score was the activity of transferring student, as whole of the evaluation passed.

4.2 The satisfaction evaluation towards implementation of the assistance and the student care system project in Banpaowittaya School, as classified by opinion of teachers, students and students’ parents, as a whole was at high level. The aspect which gained the highest mean score was the activity/project supporting the students to prevent and solve the problem, and the aspect which gained the lowest mean score was the activity/project supporting the students to connect with community state, nature and environment, as whole of the evaluation passed.
