มือใหม่หัด config Cisco Router (Auto & Manual Config)

สำหรับ router ใหม่ ที่ยังไม่มี config หรือ router ที่ถูก reset ค่ากลับไปเป็น default หรือ ถูกลบค่า config ไป
รวมทั้ง การที่เราใช้คำสั่ง setup ตอนที่อยู่ใน Privileged Mode ระบบก็จะมี ตัวช่วยในการจัดทำ config
เบื้องต้นขึ้นมาทำงาน ซึ่งจากตรงนี้ เราจะสามารถจะทำการ กำหนดได้ว่าเราจะทำการ config แบบ manual หรือ auto
โดยการเลือกว่าจะ config เอง หรือ ทำแบบ auto นั้น สามารถทำได้โดย เลือกตอบได้ .. ตอนระบบถามว่า


Would you like to enter the initial configuration dialog?[yes/no]: <<--- ขึ้นตอนบูท

Continue with configuration dialog?[yes/no]: <<--- จะขึ้นตอนเรียก setup

ถ้าตอบ yes ไปก็จะเป็นการเข้าสู่การ config แบบ auto ฮะ .... แล้วจะมีคำถาม
เป็นตัวช่วย มาตั้งคำถามมากมายให้กับคุณ ถึง 12 ขั้นตอน ...

*** หลังจากนี้ ถ้าคุณต้องการจะออกจากกระบวนการในการ setup สามารถทำได้โดยกดปุ่ม Ctrl + C


Basic Management Setup (12 step)


Step 1 : ระบบจะถามว่า ต้องการจะเข้าสู่ Basic Management Setup หรือไม่

Step 2 : ระบบจะถามชื่อของ host name ที่คุณจะใช้ตั้งให้ router

Enter host name [Router]: <--------- ใส่ชื่อ hostname ที่คุณต้องการลงไป



Step 3 : ระบบจะให้คุณตั้ง secret password เพื่อเอาไว้เข้าสู่ privileged mode

The enable secret is a password used to protect access to
privileged EXEC and configuration modes. This password, after
entered, becomes encrypted in the configuration.

Step 4 : ระบบจะให้คุณตั้ง password เอาไว้ (เผื่อไว้ถ้าเราไม่ได้ตั้ง secret password)

enable secret password, with some older software versions, and
some boot images.

*** secret password นั้นจะบันทึกค่าไว้ใน config โดยเข้ารหัสเอาไว้



Step 5 : ระบบจะให้คุณตั้ง password ให้กับ virtual terminal

access to the router over a network interface.

Enter virtual terminal password: <------ ตั้ง password ของ virtual terminal


*** ถ้ามีการตั้งไว้ทั้ง password และ secret password ระบบจะใช้ secret password เป็นหลัก
เพราะ password ธรรมดานั้น จะบันทึกไว้ใน config โดยไม่เข้ารหัส สามารถดูได้เลย ซึ่งไม่ปลอดภ้ย



Step 6 : ระบบจะแสดงชื่อ และสถานะของ interface ที่มีอยู่ใน router ของคุณ

Step 7 : ระบบจะให้คุณเลือก Interface ที่คุณต้องการจะ config ค่า

Step 8 : ระบบจะถามว่าคุณต้องการตั้งค่าของ IP ให้กับ Interface นี้หรือไม่

Configuring interface Ethernet0: <----- สมมุติว่าคุณเลือกตั้งค่าของ Ethernet0
Configure IP on this interface? [yes]: <----- ต้องการตั้งค่า ip ให้ interface นี้หรือไม่


Step 9 : ระบบจะให้คุณระบุค่า ip address ที่คุณต้องการจะต้องให้ interface นั้นๆ

Step 10 : ระบบจะให้คุณระบุค่า subnet mask ที่คุณต้องการจะต้องให้ interface นั้นๆ

Class A network is 1.0.0.0, 16 subnet bits; mask is /16 <---- แสดง class ของ ip และ bitmask

*** ถ้าจะแบ่ง subnet ย่อยลงไปอีก ก็กำหนดเองได้



Step 11 : ระบบจะแสดงผลของ config ที่คุณได้ตั้งค่าไว้

Step 12 : ระบบจะถามคุณว่า ต้องการจะทำอะไรต่อไป

• Go to the IOS command prompt without saving this config. <<--- กลับไปที่ prompt โดยไม่ยังไม่บันทึกค่า config[1] Return back to the setup without saving this config. <<--- กลับไป setup ใหม่ โดยไม่ยังไม่บันทึกค่า config
  [2] Save this configuration to nvram and exit. <<--- บันทึกค่า config และออกจากการ setup

Manual Config

ปรกติหลายๆคนที่ใช้ router แล้วนิยมด้าน manual config หรือการ config โดยใช้ command line
interface นั้น ... ถ้าได้เจอกับ router ใหม่ หรือเป็น router ที่ถูก clear config แล้ว .. ถ้าตอนบูทเข้ามา
แล้วเจอ router ถามว่า .. Would you like to enter basic management setup? [yes/no]:

ส่วนมากก็จะให้ตอบ no ไปก่อน ... แล้วค่อยไปทำการ config แบบ manul ที่หลังฮะ ...

แต่ถ้าเราเอง ก็เป็นมือใหม่ด้วยเหมือนกัน ไม่แน่ใจว่าอยากจะ config แบบไหนดี เลย เลือก no เพื่อลองทำ
แบบ manual ดูก่อน หรืออาจจะตอบ no ไปด้วยความไม่ตั้งใจ .. และอยากจะกลับไปสู้การ auto อีกครั้ง
ก็พิมพ์ว่า setup ตอนที่อยู่ใน Privileged Mode แล้วให้ ตอบ yes ไปอีกครั้ง เพื่อจะกลับไปทำการ
config แบบ auto อีกครั้งก็สามารถทำได้ครับ ..


คำสั่งที่ใช้ในการตั้งค่าต่างๆของ router

• Router(config)# hostname

การตั้งค่า ip address ให้ Interface

• Router(config)# interface หรือ <<------- ใช้เข้าสู่ Interface Config Mode
• Router(config-if)# ip address<< ---- ตั้งค่า ip address ให้กับ interface
• Router(config-if)# no shutdown หรือ no shut <<---- ตั้งค่าให้ interface ไม่มีการ shutdown ตัวเองอัตโนมัต

การตั้งค่าอื่นๆเพิ่มเติม ให้ Interface

• Router(config-if)# encapsulation <<----- กำหนดค่า encapsulation ให้ router
• Router(config-if)# ip access-group <<----- กำหนดให้ใช้ access list ที่ต้องการ
• Router(config-if)# ip nat <<----- กำหนดให้ใช้มีการใช้ NAT
• Router(config-if)# bandwidth <<----- กำหนดค่า bandwidth ของ Serial Interface
• Router(config-if)# speed <10/100/auto> <<----- กำหนดค่า speed ของ FastEthernet Interface

ส่วนการกำหนดค่าของ หรือ นั้น ก็เป็นเพียงแค่การกำหนดว่า
จะให้ใช้ nat หรือ access-group ใช้กับ traffic ของข้อมูลที่เป็น ขาเข้า หรือ ขาออก เท่านั้นเองครับ ....


การตั้งค่า line vty และ line console

• Router(config)# line vty 0 4 <<------- ใช้เข้าสู่ Line Config Mode สำหรับ telnet
• Router(config-line)# password <<---- ตั้งค่า password สำหรับ telnet เข้ามา
• Router(config-line)# login<<---- สั่งให้เปิดให้สามารถ login เข้ามาได้ (ถ้าไม่ต้องการให้เข้ามาได้ ให้ติม no)
