สิ่งสำคัญของนักกิจกรรมบำบัดฝ่ายเด็กคือการปรับทัศนคติของผู้ปกครองในการมีส่วนร่วม ช่วยเหลือและดูแลเด็ก โดยประเมินจากการทำกิจกรรม อารมณ์ หรือแม้กระทั่งรอยยิ้มและเสียงหัวเราะของเด็ก

สวัสดีครับผู้อ่านทุกท่าน จากบันทึกที่แล้วผมได้เสนอเกี่ยวกับการถอดบทเรียนเรื่อง "กิจกรรมบำบัดในผู้รับบริการฝ่ายกาย" โดย อ.ดร.อนุชาติ เขื่อนนิล บันทึกนี้ผมขออนุญาตเสนอในหัวข้อเรื่อง "กิจกรรมบำบัดในผู้รับบริการฝ่ายเด็ก" โดย อ.ดร.กันนิกา เพิ่มพูนพัฒนา จากการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ แบ่งปันความรู้กับนักศึกษาในวิชาสัมมนาสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้

 

           กิจกรรมบำบัดฝ่ายเด็กในปัจจุบันนี้ ในประเทศไทยค่อนข้างเป็นที่รู้จักในระดับหนึ่ง แม้ว่าจำนวนนักกิจกรรมบำบัดยังมีอยู่น้อย แต่เราก็ยังมีการให้คำแนะนำดูแลแก่ผู้ปกครองของเด็กให้ทำที่บ้าน เพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดในการบำบัดฟื้นฟู ในการทำตามกระบวนการทางกิจกรรมบำบัด นักกิจกรรมบำบัดจะต้องประเมินซ้ำทุกๆครั้งหลังจากการรักษา โดยประเมินจากการทำกิจกรรม อารมณ์ หรือแม้กระทั่งรอยยิ้มและเสียงหัวเราะของเด็ก สิ่งสำคัญของนักกิจกรรมบำบัดฝ่ายเด็กคือการปรับทัศนคติของผู้ปกครองในการมีส่วนร่วม ช่วยเหลือและดูแลเด็ก กลยุทธ์สำคัญในกิจกรรมบำบัดในเด็ก คือการนำกรอบอ้างอิงมาใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับเด็กแต่ละคน โดยมองเด็กเป็นองค์รวม ซึ่งทฤษฏี หรือกรอบอ้างอิงทางกิจกรรมบำบัดที่นำมาใช้มาจากหลักความจริงของธรรมชาติมนุษย์เพียงแต่ต้องนำมาใช้ให้เหมาะสม ในอนาคตนั้นอยากให้มีจำนวนนักกิจกรรมบำบัดมากขึ้น กระจายทำงานอยู่ในทั้งโรงพยาบาล โรงเรียน ชุมชน รวมทั้งมีบริการให้คำแนะนำความรู้กับผู้ปกครองผ่านโทรศัพท์แบบครบวงจร และมีการศึกษา วิจัยข้อมูลต่างๆเพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ทางกิจกรรมบำบัดต่อไป ในการเปิดสมาคมอาเซียนนักกิจกรรมบำบัดควรให้สำคัญเกี่ยวกับส่งเสริมฟื้นฟูสุขภาพเด็ก และการป้องกัน ซึ่งการใช้ภาษาเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการให้คำแนะนำ

 

Hello, last note I presented about knowledge translation. The topic is "Occupational Therapy in Physical Dysfunction" by Dr. Anuchart Kaunnin. This note I would like to present in Seminar topic "Occupational Therapy in Pediatric" by Dr. Kannika Permpoonpattana who told me about her experiences and knowledge from listening Seminar course.

              Present of Occupational therapy in Pediatric, In Thailand is known to some degree.Although the number of occupational therapists are also less, but we also have to give counseling to parents of children to care at home for the most benefits of treatment. In the process of occupational therapy, we alway Repeat evaluation after treatment. We assess of the activity, mood or even the smiles and laughter of children. Important aspect of Occupational Therapist for children is to adjust the attitude of parents to be involved, help and child care. Important strategy in occupational therapy in children Is to bring the frame of reference used to suit each child. Looking the child as a holistic. The theories or framework used by occupational therapy from a truth of human nature, but must be used properly. In the future, we will have a number of more Occupational Therapist distributed work in the community, including hospitals, schools and provide knowledgeable counseling to parents through phone services call center.When AEC is open, Occupational Therapist should focus on health promotion and health prevention. Language is essential to give counseling to child's parents.
