Permai 's hospital in Malaysia. It is great to have a start in psychosocial and Singapore to the patient was working in real contexts . Do not focus on rehabilitation and will focus on promoting quality of life. This example can be seen that both are focused on psychiatric patients as part of society. Living with normal people In Thailand Be interested in the defects rather than the psychosocial . We need to consider in this section and applied with Thailand.

A lack of knowledge about the Recovery model and well-being , making a match of Occupational Therapists of developing countries came into the country. For the Psychiatric occupational therapy department will be greater. And is known in Thailand.

I think Occupational therapy , social and spiritual We have not yet reached seriously. Of experience in training just a few months in a psychiatric hospital, I think that is just a little to reach the clients to develop even more. I was supposed to learn about more breaking. Do it with the client Enable optimal performance with a client that I can return to full participation in society with his ability.
