รายได้รับทุนสนับสนุนวิจัยจากสถาบันต่างประเทศคือ The International
Foundation for Science (IFS) ของประเทศสวีเดน ประกอบด้วย อ. ดร. แตงอ่อน
พรหมมิ และ รศ. ดร. วีรชัย พุทธวงศ์ ความทราบแล้วนั้น
บัดนี้ได้รับแจ้งจาก The International Foundation for Science (IFS)
ว่าทางผู้บริหารที่พิจารณาให้ทุนแก่ประเทศไทยจะเดินทางมาจัดกิจกรรมประชุมวิชาการร่วมกับหน่วยงานของประเทศไทย
2 แห่งคือ The National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) และ Faculty of
Science Mahidol University โดยใช้ชื่อการประชุมว่า The 2nd NRCT-IFS
Workshops ระหว่างวันที่ 14-20 มีนาคม 2554 ณ Grand Tower Inn Hotel, Bangkok,

ฝ่ายวิจัยและบัณฑิตศึกษาเห็นว่ากิจกรรมนี้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคลากรในคณะ
จึงได้ประสานขอโควตาผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมเพิ่มอีก 2 ที่นั่ง โดยทาง The
International Foundation for Science (IFS)
ให้การอนุมัติและยินดีรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่พักอาหารและการเดินทางให้ทุกอย่าง
และได้มีผู้สนใจสมัครเข้าร่วมการประชุมนี้ 2 ท่าน จึงใคร่ขออนุมัติเข้าประชุม

โดยไม่เบิกค่าใช้จ่ายและขออนุมัติตัวบุคคลเข้าร่วมสังเกตการณ์ 2

ด้วยเหตุผลที่ได้กล่าวมาข้างตัน ทั้งนี้การประชุมใช้เวลา 1 อาทิตย์เต็ม
รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและบัณฑิตศึกษาอาจไม่สามารถเข้าประชุมในกิจกรรมของคณะที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างนั้นได้
แต่ยินดีให้ความร่วมมือด้านข้อมูลทุกอย่าง
โดยสามารถประสานงานทางโทรศัพท์ได้ตลอดเวลา
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดพิจารณาและแจ้งผลให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้อทราบตามลำดับ
