ฉันเตรียมเดินทางวันที่ 11 กลับไทยวันที่ 19 เมย. 53 อดร่วมงานเทศกาลปีใหม่ไทยค่ะ แล้วจะเก็บสิ่งที่ได้รับมาเล่าสู่ฟังค่ะ ฉันได้รับมอบหมายให้พูด 1 หัวข้อ The role of the Nurse Facilitators and the changes being made (Kesanee)
ประเทศบราซิลจะใช้ภาษาโปรตุเกสเป็นภาษาราชการ ภาษารองคืออังกฤษ
ก่อนอื่นอยากอธิบาย ChildKind นิดหนึ่ง เป็นโปรแกรมคุณภาพคล้ายการรณรงค์เรื่องคุณภาพนมแม่ ที่พึ่งริเริ่มโดย Professore G Allen Finley และทีม เกี่ยวกับการจัดการความปวดที่มีประสิทธิภาพในเด็กต้องทำอะไรบ้าง มีองค์ประกอบอะไรบ้าง หาก ChildKind ไม่ success โรงพยาบาลก็จะไม่ผ่านการรับรอง ที่จะเป็นโรงพยาบาล Pain free hospital ประมาณนี้ค่ะ
โดยเลือกสถานที่ศึกษาคือ Ribeirão Preto ประเทศบราซิล อาจารย์ Allen เล่าว่า Ribeirão Preto มีหลายๆ อย่างคล้ายขอนแก่น เช่น ที่นี่ประชาชนจะทำไร่อ้อย อากาศร้อน และอยู่ห่างจากเมืองหลวง Soa Poalo พอๆจากกรุงเทพฯมาขอนแก่นค่ะ และใช้ผลงานวิจัยบางส่วนที่ศึกษาร่วมกับทีมไทยมาต่อยอดที่นี่
