ปี ที่ 11 แล้ว ที่ผู้ดูงานนานาชาติ มาศึกษาดูงาน การป้องกันการถ่ายทอดเชื้อ เอชไอวี จากแม่สู่ลูกของจังหวัด เชียงราย

สำนักงานป้องกันควบคุมโรคที่ 10 เชียงใหม่ ร่วมกับศูนย์ วิจัยโรคเอดส์ สภากาชาดไทย ส่งผู้รับทุนจากนานาชาติมาดูงานที่ รพ เชียงรายฯ อีก ในปีนี้ มาทุกปีเป็นปี ที่ 11 แล้วค่ะ (ตั้งแต่ปี 2541)

คราวนี้ปี นี้ผู้ดูงานมา 20 กว่าคนแต่จะส่งมาที่เชียงราย ครึ่งหนึ่ง 11 คน และมา 2 วัน 27และ 28 พค 51  อ พญ ทัศนา หลิวเสรี จาก เขต 10 เมลล์มาบอก

อ ทัศนาแจ้งมาเพิ่มเติมทางโทรศัพท์ ว่าคราวนี้จะไม่มีล่ามนะคะ มีแต่ผู้พาผู้ดูงานมาเท่านั้น

 

ทางเชียงรายจะจัดให้มีล่ามจำเป็นคือทีมผู้ประสานงาน( คุณ นุจนีย์ คุณสุภรณ์ และ  พ รวิวรรณ )

 

และ อ นพ สุรินทร์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเวชกรรมไม่ว่างมาบรรยายในตอนสรุป วันสุดท้าย ท่านแจ้งว่า จะมอบคุณหมอโอ๋ ศุภเลิศ และคุณฉู สวรินทร์หัวหน้าฝ่ายโรคเอดส์  บรรยาย แทน

  

คุณหมอทัศนาส่งรายชื่อมาด้วยนะคะ และเธอบอกข่าวดีล่วงหน้ามาด้วยว่า กลุ่ม participant คราวนี้ น่ารัก

 

participant มีอาจารย์พยาบาลไทย 1 ท่านชื่อ คุณพรทิพย์  และจากอีกหลายๆชาติ คุณหมอDr. Lata  มาจากNepal คุณพยาบาลManamperi  จาก Sri Lanka จากMongolia Dr. Phouthong จาก Lao  Mr. Joaquim Timor จาก 2 ท่านจาก MongoliaDr. Altantuyaและ  Dr. Urjindelger  และ 4 ท่านจาก Indonesia ได้แก่ Mr. Mujaddid  Dr. Dwiyanti  Dr. Tries และ Dr. Budi 

วันแรก  คุณหมอโจ้ จุลพงศ์ อจลพงศ์ จัดให้ทีมดูงานที่กลุ่มงานสูติกรรม ครึ่งวัน

 แล้วไปดูต่อที่รพชุมชน รพ ญานสังวร และสถานีอนามัยในเขตโดยมี น้องหนิม ปรางวลี เป็นผู้ดูแล อีกครึ่งวัน

วันที่สอง จัดให้ดูงานการดูแลเด็ก ที่คลอดจากแม่มีเชื้อ การวินิจฉัย การให้ยาต้านไวรัส ครึ่งวัน

ในช่วงท้ายสุดของวันที่สอง  ได้เรียนเชิญวิทยากรทุกท่าน มาช่วยในตอนสรุป Q and A ด้วย

 

สถานที่  ก็เป็นห้องโฮงยาไทยชั้น สองตึก อนก ซึ่งเป็นที่รับแขกบ้านแขกเมืองมาหลายงาน

 

สรุป จาก การทำ AAR ว่า เขามาดูงานแล้วได้อะไรบ้าง

1.    More than expected

 

-         PMCT in Chiangrai is very good. I will go back to Nepal and improve my program.

 

-         C/S is one type of delivery – under OB indication not for HIV prevention.

 

-         Systematic team work,  Coming here change my perception about HIV patients.I find that they are very healthy.

 

-         Patients here help a lot in treatment and care.

 

-         Involvement of PHA in counseling is encouraging.

 

-         Adherence program in children – clear step – using not only DOT but many strategies.

 

-         Thank you for coming. We hope you learn something , many of you need more time to learn.

 

-         Happy to come here to exchange experience. Counseling is a good way for patient in access to care.

 

-         PMTCT   implementation have a model – I will go back and discuss with my colleague and the policy maker.

 

-         The little book from community hospital is very useful.

 

-         PMTCT is far  much improved in Chiangrai .In Mongolia, we are  improving.

 

-         Our staff here in ChiangRai are Happy and enjoy discussion with your group. Thank you for all your comments and questions on the site visit. We know our pitfall now and will correct them.

 

-         Linkage between Chiang Rai Hospital and community hospital is very good.

 

-         Before coming here, I thought that the baby will be all infected from HIV Mom, Now I change my perception.

 

-         Good management can reduce the Transmission to babies.

 

-         I like the training program for new doctor, staff and also for old doctors.

 

-         Leadership is important and coordination in community is very important for me. I will go back and form a team to do project (HIV infected HW – and I expected to get help with the project)

 

-         PCR at 2, 4m and get the result back at 6m is very encouraging for the parents.

 

-         Grateful to meet with your team here, I saw coordination between region.I hope this Work Shop will be continue.

 

-         The participants are very okay, I feel like meeting  relatives.I also have chance to speak English.

  

-         As a Thai participant I am very proud of Thai Health Care workers who work so hard and very effective.

 

-         All participants are very interested in the site visit.

 

-         Participants have asked  many questions.which mean you are really interested in the program.

 

-         The CR team take good care of us , you are kind, I will not forget you all.

-          

2.   Less than expected

  

-   No activities seen, no real situation seen compare to a lot   discussion.

 

-         Like to have the form used here in English.

 

-         Want to See the real ARV clinic situation to meet with patient to see counseling activities.

 

-         I didn’t prepare my  presentation well enough some slide are in still in Thai. I will do better in the next visit

 

-          Next time  –Please translate provincial level program(the pink policy book) in to English.

 -       About 6  participants said none are less than expected
