KM เป็นทิศทางหนึ่งของ UNDP (ประเทศไทย) ใน 5 ปีข้างหน้า (2007-2011)

จากการร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการพิจารณาโครงการกองทุนสิ่งแวดล้อมโลกที่อุทยานน้ำหนาว  จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์  เมื่อวันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2549    มีเรื่องหนึ่งที่แจ้งให้คณะกรรมการทราบคือ จุดเน้น  หรือ focal point ของทิศทางการทำงานของ UNDP (ประเทศไทย) ในระหว่างปี 2007-2011 หรือ 7-Eleven ข้างหน้าต่อจากปีนี้    Knowledge Management ได้ถูกกำหนดให้เป็นประเด็นหลักในการทำงานในด้าน พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม   จึงขออนุญาติยกมาแจ้งมาให้   ไพร่พลคนรัก KM ได้ทราบกันครับ

Strategic Area of Support

1. Capacity strengthening of community organizing and development of participatory community livelihood planning and implementation

2. Development of linkages for the national focal points in accessing global cooperation resources and networking

3. Provision of knowledge management tools, learning facilities and advocacy channels

Intended Outcomes

1. Efficient community-based natural resources and environmental management (CBNRM) with effective engagement in policy and decision-making processes affecting the environment and the use of local natural resources.

2. Increased capacity of national focal points in addressing policy and removal of bariers in pursuing  sustainable management of biodiversity, renewable energy, water and environmental flow in response to national priorities and in complience to international treaties.

3. Community tacit knowledge management with keys of success in the formation of community network, and evidence-based knowledge as input of decision support system for the national policy makers.

Knowledge Management หรือการจัดการความรู้ โดยเฉพาะ"เรื่องเล่า"นั้น เป็นเครื่องมือหนึ่งที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารในการทำกิจกรรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม หรือด้านอื่นๆก็ได้ เช่น การจัดการทรัพยากร เศรษฐกิจ การเมือง และวัฒนธรรม  

ในยุคนี้บางทีการทำกิจกรรมในลักษณะของการบรรยาย การรายงาน มันก็เซ็ง เพราะบางทีก็เป็นวิชาการจนเกินไป แต่สำหรับเรื่องเล่า เราสามารถหยิบยกประเด็นเล็ก ที่มีสาระเล็กๆ สั้นๆ อ่านแล้วเข้าใจง่าย ไม่ต้องแปลไทยเป็นไทยกันอีก

ที่สำคัญของเรื่องเล่าคือ คุณอำนวย คุณลิขิต หรือคุณกิจ ต้องเป็นคนเก่งที่สามารถประมวลเนื้อหาของเรื่องเล่า เพื่อชี้ให้สมาชิกเห็นประเด็นที่น่าสนใจได้ และสามารถนำไปแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในการพัฒนาในโอกาสต่อไป ลองดูนะครับ น่าสนใจมาก
