What  are  teacher’s  personality  like?            We  also  believe,  teacher’ s personality  influences  students.  The  present  time,  the teachers  are  a  good or bad person. You can  accompany  the news. In the future, if you to be a teacher, you can  choose to do by yourself.                The  good  teachers  are friendly  with  everyone  especially  you students. When  you  are  teaching  in the classroom, you should smile  with  them. Then  your  students have a problem, you  can  help  them  solve  problem. We  believe  that  your students  are  reliable  you.  Parent (1919:4) states “the  persons  of  children  are  never failing  joy  to  those  who can perceive them”                The  good  teachers  are good-looking  especially  when  you  live at the school. We believe  that  good-grooming  can  make, you are confidence  that is  important  for you, if  you to be  good  teacher. Liong (2007:4) states “that  good- grooming can build  teachers  confidence  it better”                The  good  teachers  are so nice or polite with everyone especially your  students  because  if  you are nice  and  polite with a lot of people, your polite impress them and, if  you are nice  personality  with your students.  It  make them like you,  they  will  learn  better  and  more readily.  Stobbs (2007:4)  states “ a  teacher should  have a nice personality  that  will make the learning  processes  interesting”   Important of teacher’s personality                In  the  future , you will  be a  teacher, has to be a  personality. Do you  think  about teacher’s  personality  is  important  for  you, “why”  we don’t  think  and, also, we don’t agree with  the idea  all teacher’s  are similar   because, you  have to be  a  personality  and  that  have an  influence on   their students. The difference between  a  good or  a bad teacher  depends, many times, on  a  big  or small  school  drop-out. Ysable  (2006:3)  states “if  the teacher is not motivated,  he transmits  his  apathy to the students  and  when  he was  a  passion  for  his job that  has  a  positive  consequence  on  the  pupils.  They  have  motivation  and go  happily  to school”  The  teacher’ s  personality  are  so important, teacher  in  the classroom, the sound speaking,  walking,  standing  and  grooming.  So in  the  future,   if  you  will  be a  good  teacher, you  must  be  able  hot  to  improve  your  personality.                                              Farida  (2007:1)      states  “every time  I enter  the  classroom  l  keep in  my  methodological  rules:  look and  speak  like a professional”  Why do you have teacher’s personality.            The  teachers  must  know  how to develop your personality  because we agree , a teacher should  have a  nice personality  that  will  make  the  learning  processes  interesting and enjoyable.   Liong  (2006:3)  states “  a  teacher should  learn  to  appear  nicely  and  wear suitable  ornamental  accessories”  we  think  that, if you  to be a  good  teacher,  you must  always  practice  it  better. We believe   the teacher’s  action is interesting  in classroom.            So  the quality  of  teachers  are  the key  point  to  develop them. If the students  are  favorite them  teacher,  friendly,  polite,  kind  and  reliable. They will concentrate  in the classroom. Liong  (2006:3) states “ when  the students  like  the teacher  they  will  learn better  and  more readily”  Shoghi  (2007:3)  states “ l was  always  very  friendly  with  my  students  and they loved it”                Teacher  mold  the future  each  day  in class. The  teachers are  type. We  think that,  the teachers  must  be able to teach  about  to be a  good  person  and smart. If  the teachers are bad mold,  your  students  will  be  bad person. However, we  believe that, the students were  taught by  teachers, thinking  and  good  action. The  student will  succeed  in the class and  them  lives. Kelly  (1919:2)  states “student  success  is what drives teachers  to continue, each  student  who understand  the concept  and  then learned it  through your  help can be exhilarating” so we  think, if  you  to be  a good  teacher in  the future, you must  know  how to improve  by  yourself  and you  must  try  to be a  good  teacher. How to improve teacher’s personality                The way  can improve your  personality. Shao (2005:1)  states  “the quality  of  teacher is the  key  point to improve  the quality  of  teaching” we agree with  her authors  because we think, the  qualified  teachers  are so important. It can improve  the quality of  teaching. The improvement  in  the inner  is more  important than  the external, if  you  have a good  thinking  that  make  you  to do good. Newton  (1963:8)  states “  there  are quite  a  few of  these inner  you qualities  or facets  that a past of  personality”                The  role  of  a  teacher  in  the classroom. We think  the  teachers should be role model for students everything.  The  role of  a  teacher  in  the classroom  and  the way  your personality influents  the teaching  and learning  process Farida (2007:3) states “the  personality of  a  teacher deeply  influences the teaching  process.”  However,  you  must  improve  your  appearance. You should  always  learn  to speak in a more attractive way, manipulating  your own voice for example, articulation,  intonation, loudness and speed.  Your own  eye-contact  your  own  body movements  and  postures. Than  you should  learn to appear  nicely, dressed  in  simple but suitable  garments,  and  wear suitable  ornamental  accessories.  After  that  sometime, when  you are teaching,  you  should  plan and  build  interesting  activities, and conduct  those  activities using  clear instructions. Finally, when  you start to teach your students, you  are confidence, you should  plan  and  build students confidence by  positive  encouragement  avoiding criticism  and blame. So if  you want  to see your  students enjoy studying  in the classroom, you always  try to do it.                The  personality  when  you  live in socialization. The  teachers  are  person, who live in society,  necessary  career is  important  for a lot of  people. So when  you live  in social, you should  be good  role  model, can support  you  society, to help  person in social. When  they have problems, you  can  help them  solve  problems . The  way  can  help  you to  improve  your  personality  when  you live  in  society. The  teachers   must  learn  to give  someone a  hand and  should  be  friendly, polite  and  nice with a  lot of  people. Then  you try  to encourage  people  when  they  are a  good  person. We  believe, the action teachers  are  important  for a  lot of  people  be cause  it make  them  believe you  better.                                   We believe,when  you  live in a fallen world, and you are all filled  with sin, sin affects  your relationships, thee way  you treat  people  and they  treat  you.  Yet  even in sin  you  have  the  choice  to make  a difference. So are you?                  Perhaps  you  need  to  check  this list  of  do’s  and don’ts, and  may  be there is a flaw in  your  spiritual  walk.                                      Do smile it costs nothing  and  is always appreciated!
