Dear Aj. Thanate I'm Dr. Chutatip Limkunakul, Neprologist ( renal doctor ) from Chonpratan hospital, Nontaburi. I have to type in English because i'm now in USA. I got schloraship from hospital to research fellow ( chronic kidney disease prevention and slow progression ) at Vanderbilt university , Nashville , TN. There are many research topics here which can implement to Thailand's problems. Because most of Thai paitents who get chronic kidney disease ( CKD ) don't know they have risk of CKD . We don't know what are factors which affect their awareness. So I 'm interested in health literacy assesment tools to measure ADULT health literacy. There are REALM test ( Rapid Estimate of Adult literacy In Medicne ) for US people. May i have some questions ? Do we have such researchs for ADULT health literacy assesment tools ? How it's validity ? Could you please send me the example of questionare of teenage health literacy which i have seen on your blog ? I think if we have this health assesment tools and apply to our health problem. We can prevent or slow progression even regression of disease suffering for Thai people.        ขอบคุณครับที่ให้ความสนใจติดตามเรื่อง health literacy ผมขออภัยจริงๆที่ไม่สามารถหาเครืองมือวัด health literacy สำหรับผู้ใหญ่ให้ได้ในตอนนี้ ผมเองก็เพิ่งได้รับเชิญให้เป็น node เรื่องนี้ที่นนทบุรี ในโครงการพัฒนา health literacy ของเด็กฯ ซึ่งเป็นโครงการวิจัยของมูลนิธิเพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษาไทย ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ ชั้น 3 อาคาร 2 สำนักงานสภาการศึกษา ถนนสุโขทัย เขตดุสิด กรุงเทพฯ 10300 โทร. 02-6687123 ต่อ 2315,2321,2310 ที่มี ดร.สุวัฒน์ เงินฉ่ำ เป็นเลขาธิการมูลนิธิฯ และเป็นหัวหน้าโครงการฯ เจ้าหน้าที่ก็มี คุณอุษา, และคุณสุพัฒตรา ครับ
       ผมเองจนขณะนี้ยังไม่ได้รับการติดต่อให้ร่วมประชุมขับเคลื่อนใดใด และทราบว่าทางเจ้าของโครงการกำลังคิดรูปแบบและเตรียมสื่อการพัฒนาอยู่ คาดว่าจะเชิญสัมมนาในเร็วๆนี้ เนื่องจากโครงการนี้เป็นโครงการใหม่ เพิ่งเริ่มทำครั้งแรกครับ
      ผมขอแนะนำคุณหมอว่า อาจลองติดต่อถามไปที่โครงการ E-mail : [email protected] (คุณสุพัฒตรา ซัง) เขาอาจมีเครื่องมือวิจัยบ้างก็ได้ หากคุณหมอกลับจาก USA ผมอาจจะไปรบกวนขอความช่วยเหลือคุณหมอเกี่ยวกับโครงการนี้ที่ ร.พ.ชลประทานก็ได้ เพราะอยู่ในจังหวัดนนทบุรีด้วยกันครับ

I really appreciate to help you and your project for our Nontaburi . But I have to be here for 2 years .

I can point you to meet some people that i know in my hospital such as vice- hospital director who will co- operate with you . She is really nice and welcome because we also have OR -SO- MOR KID PROJECT , JIT ARE SAR PROJECT and nice- old-age group to promote this filed. I 'm really glad to help you when i come back.
