7 Rights ในการให้ยา
นักศึกษาหลายคนมีคำถามว่าอาจารย์ค่ะ ได้ยินแต่ 6 R แล้ว 7R คือ
ตัวไหนแน่คะ ผมมีคำตอบให้ครับ
1.Right Client คนที่จะรับยาถูกคน
2.Right Drug ชนิดของยาที่จะให้ถูกต้อง
3.Right Dose ขนาดของยาที่ให้ถูกต้อง
4.Right Route วิธีการให้ถูกต้อง
5.Right Time ให้ยาได้ถูกต้องตามเวลา
6.Right to Refuse บันทึกและรายงานแพทย์เมื่อผู้ป่วยปฏิเสธการรับยาอย่างถูกต้อง
7.Right documentation เอกสารคำสั่งใช้ยาถูกต้อง

วันนี้ขอเพิ่มเติมความรู้ในเรื่อง 7R อีกเรื่องไม่ใช่การให้ยากับผู้ป่วย แต่เป็นการจัดการขยะก็ใช้ 7R เช่นกันครับ แต่คำและความหมายแตกต่างกันดังนี้ครับ
1.(รีฟิวส์)Refuseคือการปฏิเสธหรือหลีกเลี่ยงสิ่งของหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์ ที่จะสร้างปัญหาขยะรวมทั้งเป็นมลพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
2.(รีฟิลล์)Refillือการเลือกใช้สินค้าชนิดเดิม ซึ่งใช้การบรรจุบรรจุภัณฑ์น้อยชิ้นและก็ทำให้ขยะก็น้อยลงด้วย
3.(รีเทิร์น)Return คือการเลือกใช้สินค้าที่สามารถส่งคืนบรรจุภัณฑ์ กลับสู่การผลิตได้ เช่น ขวดเครื่องดื่มประเภทต่างๆ
4.(รีแพร์)Repairคือการซ่อมแซมเครื่องใช้ให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ได้ต่อไป ไม่ให้กลายเป็นขยะ
5.(รียูส)Reuseคือการนำบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ใช้แล้วกลับมาใช้ใหม่ เช่น ถุงผ้าไป ชอปปิง แทนถุงพลาสติก
6.(รีไซเคิล)Recycleคือการแยกขยะที่ยังใช้ประโยชน์ได้ให้ง่ายต่อการจัดเก็บและ แปรรูปเป็นผลิต ภัณฑ์ อื่นๆ
7.(รีดิวซ์)Reduceคือการลดการบริโภคและหาทางเพิ่ม ประสิทธิภาพของสิ่งของเครื่องใช้ต่างๆ
