@5668 I agree ka. This is why I like the following prayer so much:

Lord, please give me strength to fight the things I can fight.

Lord, please give me patience to surender to the things I can't fight.

Lord, please give me "wisdom" to distinguish between the two.

: ) this is where mindfulness (and experiences) comes into play....to cultivate wisdom nun ang.
