การสร้างให้คนทำงานเห็นความภาคภูมิใจในงานเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก ไม่อย่างนั้นเขาจะทำงานแบบเลื่อนลอย และไม่เห็น "คุณค่า" ของสิ่งที่ตัวเองทำ

เช้านี้หมดพลังกับการสร้างแรงจูงใจ และความภาคภูมิใจให้กับคนทำงาน การดึงพลังออกมา และใส่พลังให้กับผู้อื่นใช่ว่าจะไม่เหนื่อย I let them proud of their job, they are not guest but they are one of the host that the point is ten years or twenty years later or so on, their job result would still in the impression of everyone. The villagers still keep talking about how volunteer worked hard, how they learned from volunteer, spirit, hard working, management system that Thai people never done, which all they can learned.Totally, their prouding that they could inform their own generation, "I have done it with my full of  attendance" should be in their all spirit.
