when I sit down with myself alone...quietly....and mindfully...I realize that I am not alone...everybody is often there with me...especially people I dislike!

It's like sitting in the middle of a burning spot...just watch it...allow it to begin...and end. Don't stop it but don't believe in it. It's just a thought...it's not you...study it...don't feed it.

Practising = pure the inside, not blaming way out.
