National Education Measure

The Gaokao (高考), or National College Entrance Examination (NCEE), is China’s standardized, annual university admission test. What if Thailand uses the Chinese Entrance examination as a model for measurement of National Education Result (after 12 years of free education)? We should be able to analyse results of the program for students, for teachers and support staff and for the policies enforced. Public disclosure of the results would allow public opinions and participation.
