• but reality is on the dry land not just in the market place in town; do estimates of economic indicators include hardship on some families - not only in urban areas but also in remote rural areas;
• data on ‘stream flows’ (amount of water flowing in rivers and waterways), ‘soil moisture’ (available water in ground), underground water [reservoir], temperature and evaporation,.. not included?
• impacts on other areas, other than ‘economic’ (prices), for examples ‘ecological’ or ‘environmental’ impacts not (significant to be) mentioned? Measures to relieve impacts not described?

• Should we have a framework (and check list) for (government) assessments and a ‘prescribed level of details’ (to ensure adequate information for decisions and accountability)?

• More work, more work, you say? Proper assessment is a skill of personal and national importance. Mastering assessment can change a life and a nation.
