@17358 เคยร่างบทความไว้จะลงวารสารทันตภูธรเรื่องความสุขระดับต่างๆ แต่เขียนยังไม่จบเพราะการเมืองร้อนเปลี่ยนใจไปเขียนเรื่อง agree to disagree ไปซะก่อน อ่านอนุทินพี่ซูซานแล้วทำให้นึกได้ว่าน่าจะรื้อมันออกมาเขียนใหม่ให้จบ

• Buddhism never denies the existence and the experiencing by man of different forms and levels of happiness [สุขกามานิภูตานิ = สัตว์ทั้งหลายเป็นผู้ปรารถนาความสุข]
• but at the same time stresses the importance of making a realistic and relative estimation of such happiness in relation to the price that a man of the world has to pay for its purchase.

• ความสุขของชาวบ้านมี 4 อย่างที่เรียกกันว่า "คิหิสุข หรือ กามโภศิสุข" คือ
  

  1.อัตถิสุข: ความสุขอันพ้นจากการมีทรัพย์ 
  2.ปริโภคสุข: ความสุขอันเกิดจากการจ่ายทรัพย์บริโภค
  3.อนณสุข: ความสุขอันเกิดจากการไม่มีหนี้สิน
  4.อนวัชชสุข: ความสุขอันเกิดจากการทำงานที่ปราศจากโทษ
  
  
• There is also a reckoning of grades of happiness as of higher and lower quality...While at a mundane, down to earth level a comparably lower level of happiness satisfies an average worldling, the religio-intellectual maturity which accompanies spiritual development of man in Buddhism makes him opt for the higher grades of happiness which are both permitted anrecommended within the framework of transcendental growth in Buddhism (lokuttarasukha = โลกุตตรสุข).

• ถ้าพี่ซูซานเปลี่ยนคำว่า พุทธเป็นคริสต์ก็ยังใช้ได้เหมือนกัน เพราะทางคริสต์ก็ใช้คำว่า "transcendental" เช่นกันเนอะ : )
