- It is about “water” the necessity of life (of high tech industries as well as people);
- the comments (sadly lacking on Gotoknow posts) offer details and expansions of the issue. (I for one would welcome comments on my posts because comments can help me to write better and to learn more from others. Having no responses makes the writing and posting ‘cold and dead’ like talking to a rock. Sigh! It will take times for Thais to come out and voice their thoughts. Tradition of hiding in silence is still holding strong.)
