@14046 P'Jes has the same thing! (Fortunately I don't). It's really bad right now around here too. He checks the weather network daily to see the pattern of which kind of pollen count match(es) his allergic reaction. Once you know which kind of pollen you're allergic to, you can take antihistamine accordingly or close all windows and doors to just stay inside if it's that bad that day.

I believe there should be a similar website over there too.
