Nothing happens until something moves. ไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้นได้ โดยปราศจากการเริ่มต้น

I think more to the point is :

Nothing happens until something "changes" -- (form, function, side, link,...)

A "beginning" is more difficult to pin down -- even the Bing Bang has problems with its beginning. When the Bang occured? When the gravity became so great...? When the mass increased...? When ...???

But we can explain what happens by its precursor events (factors, conditions, causes, changes,...).
