Finally, got round to post a test result of the fermented kaffir lime cleaing liquid. See http://www.gotoknow.org/blogs/posts/487439 for the making (process).

It seems that the bio-juice is acidic and can remove grease and grime on oxidised (copper) surface well - without scrubbing.

I am now wondering if there is different learning from this.
