June 6 (Bloomberg) -- Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton met last night for their first formal face-to-face discussion since the Democratic primaries ended and Obama clinched the party's presidential nomination.

The two met in Washington before Obama returned to his home in Chicago. The meeting took place as Clinton was preparing to end her campaign and give her endorsement to Obama. She'll make her official announcement tomorrow at noon at the National Building Museum in Washington.
