Title A Development ability in solving proposition problems with combination of Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division of grade 3 students by using the Skill Practice

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop and find out of the Skill Practice. 2) To comparative of achievement learning before and after using the Skill Practice. 3) To evaluate the contentment result of student by using the Skill Practice for Grade 3 Students. The samples were used to select 30 students by Cluster Random Sampling. The research instrument 1) Skill practice 2) Learning plan 3) achievement test 4) Contentment form and 5) Index of Item – Objective Congruence (IOC). The obtained data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, p – r, IOC and t-test.
The result of the study revealed that 1) the skill practice in combination of Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division for Grade 3 Students have more efficiency 84.33/83.55 was a high level than 80/80.
2) the achievement learning of Grade 3 Students after using skill practice in fraction for Grade 3 Students was a high level than before at the level of .05
3) Contentment of Grade 3 Students by using the skill practice was a high level is ( = 4.48, S.D. = 0.65)
