I am so poor printing in Thai, allow me to use English instead. I'd like to share ideas. So far I feel so lucky, having opportunity to attend the course. What I like most, are the method to evaluate leadership , HRD and 7 habits. These are not only something new(for) me but also the attraction of the speakers. I have one opinion to contribute, the speakers should know our background and nature of scientist, therefore can teach something straigth to the point. I do not believe that the same protocal is fit for every carreer.However, It does not mean that the course must be changed, just to tell what I think.
