Dear Ajarn Jira and my friends
This is my second message for tonight, so I make it in English version to response Oratai since her first message is in English. First of all I would like to thank the Director of DSS (ท่านปฐม) for his kindness for allowing the 30 DSS head section staff to attend this workshop. At starting for the first, we are quite sure to say that all the course facilitators, of course, including Dr.Jira, are the right persons for their particular subjects.
I am sure by the end of this course, the DSS will have more qualified head sections with good leading skills.
For my friends, as I am in group 5, we have Dr. Tep who is always sit next to Urawan (oi), Pi Nat, Pi Arr, Dr, Rong and myself. We enjoyed workshop at Kanchanaburi and games. Every game has taught us something. Like the one that the instuctor gave us an A4 paper where there are number from 1 to 100 mixed around the paper. At first, each had to circle around the number starting from 1 to 100, and linked 1 to 2 to 3.... . The game started with one person and same amount of time, how many number each could do up to, the three people helping as a team doing the same task. Then 6-7 people. Our group found out that when 3 people worked, we could circled up to 46, but 7 people did not do any much better as we could do up to 51. So, what we have learnt is more people do not always mean more work establised.
The other game, we were each received a piece of straw (not sure spelling) the length about 1 inche. Each time also received a rubber ban. Then each person has to use the lips the hold each own straw. The first person who started the game place the rubber ban hanging over the straw, the first person had to pass this particular rubber ban to the second person, then to the third until the last. Unfortunately, this game did not work with our team as I and Oi had laughed like crazy. So I had to moved myself out of the game and watched the rest of my team playing, up to Dr. Rong, I saw her having problem with her glasses. Then it was time out and we did not success in this game. What they wanted to tell us, is to plan whatever we have to do, in this case, tall person not to pass to short person, person wearing glasses not to pass to who wearing glasses also.
As I said, apart from the lectures, even the games still teach us something.
Thank you for all instructors, Ajarn Jira, Ajarn Montri, and staff of Jira academy.
Thanks my frinds who have been nice to each other.
I will have to get back to soapy lakorn, it is ending today, see you next week ka,
Raviwan
