Dear Prof.Chira , Mr.Phittaya and Mr. Yom  My name is Nattha Mankhong . I  think today Japanese  managers  have a good  development on business. They have teamwork, harmony decision, concentrate their work, good disciplines and rarely to change their job. But, I think they are not perfect on  managing. I have two reasons about them. The first, Japanese are concentrate on their cultural which difficult to change it and learn about new cultural. So, Harmony decision is too late and individual to do their work not change their opinion.The second, they have scarcity definition of economics. So, they are disciplines, economize and endure which lack a good working condition. Indicate that Japanese has 8 K’s theory, but they lack 2 capital which is Happiness Capital and Intellectual Captital. Because intensive on work lead to stress, lack motivation to do their work and slow to raise promotion. Bad healthy and mind. Unhappy. So, must be add Hapiness Capital. Another one is Intellectual Capital. Cause Intellectual Capital, they can change their opinion which lead to great development on their society.
